Our Land and New Homes Department is located in the first floor offices directly above Hertford Residential Sales and provides a dedicated service to Landowners, Builders & Developers. The department is headed by Phillip Godfrey. Allan Brown MRICS and Ray Godfrey FNAEA provide advice on Planning Permission, scheme viability and sales support from the Buntingford office.

We are able to provide advice to landowners on the suitability of sites for development or re-development and provide "before and after" valuations to establish the most profitable and viable options.

We advise on current and future trends and on buyer expectations, then we are able to introduce Builders, Developers, Architects and Consultants most suited to an individual scheme.
